Dear Hanson:

\J	I tried to call you last week but didn't get you.  I just
received a bill from Laurie Fordham for $1500 which was unexpectedly
large.  Moreover, I don't know what services are covered, because
I don't know which of the things I asked you for in my last letter
have been done.  I know that the stock has been transferred to Susan
and been sold and she has been sent the proceeds.  I know that
the stock has been transferred to Martha McCarthy and sent to me
for delivery to her.  I presume but don't know that the 200 shares
have been transferred to the Sarah McCarthy trust and have been sold.
Has it been done, and how much money is in the trust now.  Has the
trust itself incurred legal expenses, and if so, how much?
Also you were going to find out where all my III stock certificates are
and send them to me.  I have one restricted certificate for 100 shares
that Merrill Lynch sent me a long time ago.

	I have made the following expenses on behalf of Sarah McCarthy
and would like to be reimbursed to the extent that there is money in
the trust: Her tuition at Peninsula School for 1973-74 was $1381 and
board for her horse was $720 for calendar 1973.  There were additional
horse connected expenses of $100.

	You were also going to get my III stock freed of restrictions
and sent to me.  What has been done about this?  I don't want to
incur additional legal expenses without specific authorization.\.
